All are ready for use and equipped with extensive connectivity solutions, including dedicated internet and phone lines. We offer flexibility, so as your business needs change, we can change with you. We require no long-term commitment or capital investment from you and offer an efficient service to get you up and running as soon as possible. Moving office can be stressful so our helpful team are here to make the set up process as simple as possible.
What is a serviced office?
So, what is included with your serviced office? Essentially, it’s up to you. As standard we offer fully furnished office space, but you can bring some of your own furniture if you prefer. Your monthly rate covers:
- All occupational costs including rent, business rates, service charge, daily cleaning, building insurance and maintenance.
- All utilities (light, heat and power).
- Air-conditioning.
- Use of the kitchens on each floor, with complimentary tea and coffee.
- Professional reception service according to your needs.
- Preferential booking for meeting rooms.
Park House offers a range of facilities for use by all clients. These include a lift to all floors, showers, kitchens and bike storage. Additional administrative support and a telephone answering service from our reception team is also available as an extra.
